Eligibility
- You must be at least 10 years old to participate in scuba diving activities.
- Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- All participants must be physically fit to dive. A medical questionnaire may be required before diving.
Bookings & Payments
- Bookings can be made online, via phone, or in person.
- A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
- Payment methods accepted include cash, card, UPI, and online transfers.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the dive will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the dive will be charged 50%.
- No-shows will be charged in full.
Health & Safety
- All divers must complete a health declaration and may be asked to provide a doctor’s clearance in certain conditions.
- Alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited before any dive.
- Our instructors reserve the right to refuse any individual from diving if deemed unfit or unsafe.
Insurance
- We strongly recommend that all participants have personal travel and health insurance that covers scuba diving and water sports.
- Book Goa Trip is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
Equipment Use
- All scuba equipment is provided and included in the dive package unless otherwise stated.
- Any damage to our equipment due to negligence or misuse will be charged to the customer.
Liability Waiver
- By participating in our diving or water activities, you agree to sign a liability waiver releasing Book Goa Trip, its employees, and partners from any responsibility for injury, loss, or damages incurred during the activity.
Photography & Media
- We may take photos or videos during the dive for marketing purposes. By joining our activities, you consent to the use of your images unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Goa.
